At Smart Move Accommodations, we specialize in providing premium, fully furnished housing options designed to meet the unique needs of yacht crew, corporate renters, traveling medical professionals, and vacationers alike.

Smart Move was founded in 1997 with a vision to offer exceptional accommodations in the most desirable neighborhoods of SE Fort Lauderdale. Our diverse team of travel and hospitality experts brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to raising the standard of short-term accommodations in Fort Lauderdale (FLL).
In November 2024, Smart Move was acquired by the founders of Professional Yacht Training U.S.A., along with Karel and Jade Du Toit. With extensive experience in both the hospitality and yachting industries, they are committed to upholding the values that have made Smart Move a leader in Fort Lauderdale’s short-term rental market. In addition, they are dedicated to enhancing the quality and guest experience in our rental homes by investing in cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.
